The service will study the Service user’s wishes and preferences and the care plan will be produced to reflect this in a way that maximizes the independence of the individual.

All our care workers go through a strict registration process which adheres to NHS standards to ensure they are fully compliant and provide the highest standards of care. All care workers are DBS checked at an enhanced level and are fully insured. We provide our staff with the support they need so they can provide your patients with the best care.

Our carers are supported 24/7
We have an excellent team of trained Care Workers who receive regular Mandatory Training. New care Workers receive induction training which lasts up to 5 days and includes all the policies of the company and practice guidance and shadowing with an experienced staff member.
What to expect from us
Once you decide to use our services, the Registered Manager will visit you for an initial meeting to discuss your needs and you will be given information about the company and how everything works
We will then discuss our charges and how you can fund the service.
Once the duties have been agreed, the Manager or Senior will produce a Support Plan, and this will give the times, days and detail the duties to be undertaken for you
Then you will meet the Care Staff who will be supporting you and your family.
Our HomeCare Services
Tailored to help you live a better life
Live-in Care
This is where the carer lives with you in your home and care for you throughout the day with breaks, however sleeps at night. This care package is ideal for people who don’t have problems sleeping at night. It’s not essential for someone who requires a carer at all times during the day. You will require a bedroom for the carer.
24 Hour Care
This is where carers live with you or your loved one 24 hours per day and are available and awake 24 hours a day. This package is ideal for someone who requires round the clock care due to poor health or irregular sleeping patterns. This may be necessary to provide advance care and end of life care and could be either short-term or long-term.
